Personal Training
One-on-one workout sessions, or scheduling in groups. These will only be available for in person encounters. We can discuss the formalities of time, place, etc.
Meal Regimens
Customized diet regimens that are specific to after our consultation. I will calculate your macronutrients to use as a guideline for your meals, as well as taking your food preferences and dietary restrictions into account.
Workout Programs
Customized exercise regimens based in the gym, outdoors, or right at home. Through our consultation, we will be developing a workout split specifically for you and your goals.
One-on-One $50 per hour or Group Training (minimum of 5) $20 per person per hour
